My Love from the Star to have a season 2

Rumor has it, will there be a My Love from the Star 2? According to the Chinese and Korean media it is highly expected to have a season 2.

Based from the media sources, Jang Tae Yoo who recently had a press conference in China, have stated that the season 2 of the drama is on the works.

The drama's production is on its way but, Kim Soo-hyun and Jeon Ji Hyun will not appear as the lead characters of season 2. Jeon Ji Hyun can't be casted because she has just given birth, meanwhile fans still want Kim Soo-hyun to join the drama because he is one of the main reasons why drama became a success.

Although the whole cast will all be new the PD asks fans to look forward to the second Do Min Joon  and Cheon Song Yi.

My Love from the Star became a huge hit all over in Asia and America. The Korean culture has also spread in Asian countries especially in China, causing Chimaek (chicken and beer) become so popular in the said country. Jeon Ji Hyun's lipstick and foundation in the drama has been sold out during its airing.
